The middle school Kindness Ambassadors took a field trip today to the EIASE Recycling Center. At the beginning of the year, this group collected caps to produce a recycled bench in memory of Mike Oakley. Those caps were taken to the EIASE Recycling Center where students around the region attend and work. The caps will be produced into a bench later this summer. The group had the opportunity to see how the center collects and sorts recyclable materials, try the job duties, and meet and work alongside some of the students attending. They had a great time!
