If you’re not home, that’s totally fine. We will leave you a special treat and notification of our upcoming 5th Grade Orientation event. The following are the tentative dates and times for our visits. We look forward to meeting you soon!
Tuesday, July 30: 8 am-2 pm (Toledo and Jewett)
Wednesday, July 31: 8 am-noon (Greenup, Sigel, Lerna, Neoga, Trilla and Montrose)
Thursday, August 1: noon-3 pm (only if we cannot get to houses on the previous two days)

Any incoming 6th, 7th, or 8th grade boy interested in playing middle school baseball this fall needs to attend an informational meeting on Monday, July 8, at 6:00 PM at the Toledo Christian Church. If you have any questions, please contact coach Brandon Miller at bmiller@cumberland.k12.il.us.

Cumberland Middle School will hold a player/parent meeting on Tuesday, July 2, at 6 PM at the Toledo Res pavilion for 5th through 8th grade students interested in cross country. The middle school distributed its 5th-7th Grade Academic and Service Awards this morning.
Today at the IESA state meet, Kinley McMechan placed 5th in 200M with a time of 27.12!
Gavin Whitaker placed 8th at the IESA state track meet in shot put with a throw of 13.10 m (42'11.75")!
Kinley McMechan finished in 6th place in the 100 M Dash at the IESA state meet tonight with a time of 13.31!
Kinley McMechan competed in the long jump today at the IESA State track meet. She placed 6th overall with a jump of 4.67m (15' 04")!
Cumberland Middle School will hold fifth, sixth, and seventh grade academic awards on Monday, May 20 at 9:30 AM in the new gym. Family members wishing to attend should sign in at the office and make their way to the new gym for the event.
Our middle school track athletes competing at IESA State this weekend walked in the Parade of Athletes this morning. Good luck at State!!
The middle school's 4th quarter celebration was held at the Toledo YMCA today. Students swam, used the gym area, and played board games. These students earned the trip by having good behavior and good grades this quarter!
Last night at 8th grade Recognition, several students were presented with academic and service awards. Congratulations on all of your accomplishments!
