As this school year ends, we congratulate Gail Bierman, Kathy Bradley, Laura Light, and Sandy Miller on their retirement from Cumberland CUSD #77.
Kathy Bradley worked as a bus driver for the district for 27 years. She will continue to sub for the district in the future. She is a dedicated employee, and students look forward to seeing her. We appreciate her commitment to getting the students safely where they need to go no matter the conditions!
Gail Bierman worked for the district for 28 years. She began her time at Cumberland High School as the administrative secretary but later moved into the role of the unit office bookkeeper. Gail had a large role in keeping the district on track. Gail's dedication to the district is much appreciated!
Laura Light has been with the district for 37 years. She began as a lunchroom clerk, worked in the high school library, and finished her time in a secretarial role at Cumberland Elementary and Middle School. Laura has been a go-to person for many people within the schools. She has devoted a lot of time and effort to our district, and we are grateful for that!
Sandy Miller has worked in the district for 19 years. She worked as the administrative secretary for Cumberland High School. Sandy has helped many students, families, and staff members during her time in the district. We appreciate her commitment to our schools!
Each will be missed in the district. We extend our best wishes in their retirement!
